d16y head gasket help?

Hi all,
head gasket help guys

anyone know wat the headbolts torque wrench,to set at?

The head gasket set should have come with a piece of paper telling you the sequence and torque of each bolt

The OEM gasket doesn't come with any torque specs.
Btw - the above picture is refering to cam instalation, not the head.

To torque head on D16Y engine:

Step 1: 30 N.m (3.0kg-m, 22lb-ft)
Step 2: 73 N.m (7.3kg-m, 53lb-ft)

Torque sequence is:
8 6 2 4 10
9 3 1 5 7

Can I re-torque my head without removing anything but the rocker cover?

I want it re-torque mine before you turn my car at a higher psi :)

All bolts look accessible in the Haynes manual with the rocker arm assembly intact

B series is a no.
have to take out the cams.

d series only need to take off the rocker cover. can torque the head down without removing cams.
