Hello fellow accord euro owners :P i need some feedback how would this spoiler/wing look on a black accord euro 03? The spoiler/wing would be Painted black OBVIOUSLY! The euro doesnt have a bodykit at the back but has two 3" mufflers/exhaust tips

Yes, the Mugen shopping trolley is definitely the best looking followed by the oem Honda spoiler. But please, not the one in the photo.

i Reckon the lip or duckbill spoilers would look good on euro's if it has bodykit, if u dont have bodykit on ur euro.. i suggest you dont get spoilers at all.. because it'll make the car look weird.. its like u dont have any sense of style.. but i guess everyone has different types of opinion.. but hey.. u know for some people, it would look shit putting big spoilers on euro.. but for some.. they look awesome.. and i think.. if you really like big spoilers on ur euro.. then go for it!!! :D

I have the Mugen unit on my car. The cost of the Spoiler is not neccesarily going to be your problem it is the shipping I got one but according to they Guy who brought it in for me it could not be sent via EMS due to the size of the box. Mine actually came on a ship..... And that ain't cheap.

Not approve. Wing on a Civic is nice, wing on an Accord is not.
Come on accord is a family car. You dont put one on a Camry why you do it on an Accord.

haha but it doesnt change it looks terrible with a wing does it.
The problem with Euro is.. its designed to be a family car which makes the body shape very bulky. If you mod it down the sporty look, it will end up looking like a V8 supercar rather than a real sports car. So I dont recommend modifying Accord for Sports look. If you wanted that look theres many more suitable cars, just from Honda Integra and Civic for a start.

na i disagree with you it doesnt really look like a family car.. the accord does.. but not the accord euro

Choice of spoiler depends a little on whether you just want it for looks or whether you actually want it to do something.
Big wings generally don't do much until the car is travelling over 120 km/h and just add loads of drag the rest of time (yes, actually slowing you down and using more fuel). Hence the retractable ones on Porsches, Audi TT (?), Chrysler Crossfire, etc. that come out automatically when the car hits 80-100 km/h.
Depending on the car, a lip spoiler can add downforce without all the extra weight and drag and actually enhance its aerodynamics by smoothing airflow from the rear of the car. Ask yourself why a car like the M3 only has a lip spoiler?
You'll also find mentioned in other threads that Honda UK has a lip spoiler as a standard option (download the PDF) -- which I remember someone on one of the US forums said was actually made in Australia (don't know by whom!).

The Accord has a shape of a traditional family car, like a Camry or E Class in Shape.
The Accord Euro is more of a more younger family car look, like a Passat or a Commodore.
None the less its still a family car.

haha I would think 90% of rear wing owners have it for looks only.
On the right car a wing is a MUST. Look at the DC5 integra, w/o a wing its a crappy girly looking car. But add a wing and the whole package looks like a sports car.

Each to their own opinions.....
The Euro was designed and engineered to compete with European sedans in the sporty-almost-luxury segment like the A4 and 3 Series...
They focus the driving characteristics on the sporty end of the equation and it's a more performance oriented car than the Accord model...

Yea I agree with that, but then the current 3 series and A4, or a IS250 are not cars that would look good with a rear wing either.
Actually.... there is no possible way you can make the current 3 series look good at all. :p
Rear wing is better for Japanese looking cars with less bulky bodies.
