they are simply Altezas.... on a ED/EF civic.

have u not ever seen Altezzas before Mr. IAMVTEC?

they were very popular craze in the year 2000, now days if anyone has altezzas on their car will be forever flamed as a ricer.

altezzas are all over the place, u can even get them while having a cold one lol...ebay is ur best bet, personally id keep the stockers over those type but thats personal taste i suppose.
