blown cylinder?

umm when i drive, the car starts rumbling between 40-50km. not sure what it is? is it a broken cylinder or just my crappy bald tyres ( getting new ones in 6 hrs^^) just worried thats all

what happens when a cylinder is down, how long would it last approx or mayb its a gear box :/ derno.
