Do all vtec B series have a FITV? If not, why not?

I know the b16a1 has a fitv on the manifold
and the b16a2 has a fitv on the throttle body

what about the b18c's and type r's?
Do they have FITV's?


If they dont, why dont they? And what changed to make them not need a fitv?
