Tyre rotation, need balance/alignment?

I need a rotation on my tyres. Just wondering if I need to have an alignment or balance if they are fine now?
They are directional tyres so I assume I'll have move Front Left to Rear Left and vise versa and Right Left to Right Rear and vise versa.

lazy man :p rotational you mean? swap front to rear only
as for balancing and alignment I wouldn't bother unless your car vibrates at a certain speed or it pulls slightly or you got uneven tyre wear.

Ya, otherwise I gotta get bobbies to take the tyre off the rim and turn it around.

I have tyre wear on the outa edge of the front tyres from going around corners too fast, other than that the wear is even.
I guess for maximum life I should get it done properly :(
