hi just wondering....heard my friend say there is something that can clean the engine bay....
what is it call or is there such a thing that can clean and when refill with new engine oil the car runs better?

You can use Degreaser. Basically its a product that you buy from places like Kmart, spray it in the engine bay and then you can use a pressure cleaner to remove all the gunk.

Your car may run smoother when topping up the oil, as all components will have less friction. It really depends on the oil used and how much oil was in the engine before hand.
