where/ who can tune HKS F-CON iS ?

hi guys,

i have a friend he was planning to get F-CON iS for his car, but he found that F-CON iS doesn't come with software and he can't find anyone capable to tune this piggy back ECU, so do you guys know if there is any place that can tune this thing for him ? this guy who needs tuning F-CON iS is in melbourne.

Only BD4s in Sydney and XSpeed in WA.

No-one else in Australia is licensed to tune HKS units.
