Civic Coupe (EJ) Mirror have different base plate to an EK?

hey guys,

looking getting some aftermarket mirror for the EJ Civic coupe but i hear that those mirror for EK sedan and hatch don't fit!?!?

Just want to see whether this is true!?

yours is EJ? EJ, EM and EK should be the same front end design right?

they should fit in my opinion.

up until the end of the front doors, EK and EJ are identical, hatch mirors should fit %100

They definately fit.

yep should fit, many guys in the US swap their mirrors(they are a different shape to the Australian ones) for the JDM/folding mirrors seen on the Australian delivered civics.
