i've done a ef b16a into 89 crx. so this would require the same wiring mods to the ecu loom?

ECU-MAN

OBDI would be the better way to go. All you will require is a harness and disributor and OBDI ECU

correct OBD1 would be better, but depends on what his CRX is and what engine he plans to install.

If you get a complete halfcut for an OBD1 e.g. B16A then you wont need a dizzy, ecu harness (unless you want to use your OBD0 looms etc).

make sure if u get a half cut that u get EVERYTHING .. including ECU, looms, dizzy etc.

but yes ECU-MAN is correct in his terms if you want to keep OBD0 looms and plugs, and you want to use OBD0 B16A then yes OBD1 dizzy, ECU, and wiring harness is a must!!
