If your willing to wait for a real good DC2R there is one here in SA that I know of which is owned by a Honda Tech, and has 11,000 Kms on the clock - asking approx. $24,500

Probably the only DC2R in Oz with that kind of mileage...

i would leave that one alone, its been briefly discussed on ClubITR.
rear lights arent the correct ones and its missing the front lip.

theres a couple of dc2rs for sale on ClubITR aswell so have a look there.

Hi
i am also looking for a dc2r and i already checked this out, this one isn't good at all, the whole front has been removed and fix as i could see under the bonnet there were heavy welding marks on both side of the bonnet. (don't count me on this). Plus the inside is not original. The carbon fibre part of the car has been replaced or painted red.

hope this help you

I know!

And to think, I only bought my 'R about 18 months ago... 67,000k's for $23,000…

I even drove the 11,000 car - MY2000 - and to be honest, there was no difference at all, except that going back to my R it felt the slightest bit 'weaker' in steering response. That's a testament to the Honda quality if ever there was one.
