Hi Guys,
My new Koni Yellows have arrived but i have a feeling the rear shocks are incorrect. I ran a search online and there seems to be 2 different part numbers. I trace the numbers on the rear shocks and found that its actually for a DC5R
To all you guys who runs Koni Yellow shocks front and rear for DC2R, kindly advise the part number. I know for sure that the fronts are 1152SP
many thanks in advance.

yup... finally got all my suspension bits sorted out. I confirm the following Koni Yellow Adjustable part numbers for Honda Integra DC2 Type R
Front: 8041-1152SP
Rear: 8041-1164SP
Don't let the suppliers tell you other wise because I went thru thick shit when the supplier sent me the wrong shocks twice. I had to do my own research and eventually called Koni personally to confirm the part numbers. Most suppliers' book list the same part numbers as the RSX for our DC2Rs...... weird.
Currently running the setup with whiteline control springs and i must say that the combo works really well. Highly recommended for individuals who wish to run non-coilovers setup

One grand for the Koni Yellows front and back delivered from NSW to QLD. Check with some of the oztraders or call around for a quote cos you might get them cheaper. I wanted to get Eibach springs to go with them but they were out of stock everywhere. Settled for whiteline springs at the end and was not disappointed.
Definitely value for money though

i actually did approached an OzHonda trader to source for the konis and even made payment for them. However, he was unable to source for the rear shocks and i got refunded.
All up i paid $1.4k for the shocks + whiteline springs delivered but the frustration i experienced from the retailer is one i will never forget. How on earth can one claim that the front of a D2CR should run gas shocks and hydraulic shocks for the rear
