wow a v6 in a dc2... sounds pretty cool, however it will have pros and cons...

a v6 is heavier than a 4-cyl motor and will add weight and "unbalance" the handling of the car. it might also make the engine bay cramped as it will be a tight fit in there.

what do u really want from ur motor? power of torque? because a v6 will be good for torque, but if u want power, its probably more sensible doing something like a K20 conversion or a frankenstein in a dc2. plus if u care about the cost of petrol these days, i'd stay away from a v6. but if u want to be unique, then an accord v6 motor in a dc2 is the way to go. u probably just have to have the time and money to do it.

freak V6 Teggy, sounds good
but V6, really they are just for torque,K20 is more rev's, which honda is made for.....
as what BADHBT did a low 12 with a K20 with a bit of work, stock K20 in to a dc2 should be in the 13 sec mark at least.....
but again its all up to the driver

Big Matty from up here in QLD has an Accord v6 in an EK. He did bring it to the drag strip but it was too unsafe to go fast in it, lol.

i think it will create a front bias and will dullen the integra chassis setup...why not opt for for B20 with a B18C head....u will be spending less on the V6 engine i know but u can pay heaps more in custom fabrication for the fitment of the engine...just some food for thought

i reckon it depends what you want out of your car. if u want it just for the drag strip then i would definately consider the V6 accord engine, i jus rekon its better than the K20. K20 only has 147-154KW and like half the torque of the V6. just my $0.02
