Primer for double sided tape.

Hey guys,
Im looking for a primer that will prime a surface for my moulds and visors before I put the double sided tape on, because the double sided tape keeps comming off. I've tried alcoholic wipes, but it doesn't work and I dont want a half a** job.
It was mentioned to me that I should use a "K" something primer (K###) from Honda...but don't know what number follows the K.
Does anyone know it? It's deffinatly 3 numbers after the K...but I'm unsure and don't want to get the wrong one.

Our accesory fitters at work dont use the alcoholic wipes because they said it leaves a slight film on the surface. They use carby cleaner and a rag, they do about 12 cars a day and havnt had a problem with it fadeing the paint on any of them. That would be your best bet, they throw the primers straight in the bin.

I'd rather use the stuff Honda reccomends....which is that K### primer I'm trying to find.
