Pretty keen to do this but i know there is a valve half way down the hose. Just wondering if i can cut the valve out of the hose then like joing it at each end. example: braided hose, then clamp onto valve the another clamp other side of valve then more braided hose to intake. Not sure if this will work or if i need to get some kind of aftermarket valve or something.
I have seen it done befor but only in magazine so couldn't check it out closely.
Any help would be awesome.

The hose should disconnect from the valve at either side. Have you given it a go?

you want to do it , to make it look cleaner ?
how about you just replace the black piping either side with braided piping ? OR push the piping down , so its more "hidden" in the engine bay ?

yeah i could do that. i dunno. Yeah the stock tube for it is just a single length of hose with the valve like half way through the hose already. like the hose has been moulded around it.
But yeah i will do a bit more looking and find something to do about it.
