Is the EK9 and DC2R steering wheel the same? As in design, black with red honda H and momo down the bottom?

they are the same but with different hub spines
so they are not interchangeable!

as above.

EK9 steering wheel will only fit EK's - and the DC2R wheel will only fit EG's and DC's.

Mind you , the SRS unit wont work properly or at all on hte above cars...
