EM1 rear speakers

hey guys just wondering if anyone has every removed the old stock speaker...

just wondering how did u guy take out the plastic shelf

the rear speakers are 6x9s as in all civics, best way to get them out is to take out the rear door trims then the rear parcel tray should clip off..
