Hey guys,

Just the other week I got myself a Euro MY05. I do not know a great deal about car mods. What I do know is I would love to make it look like this car advertised on carsales:
http://www.carsales.com.au/used-cars/private/HONDA/ACCORD_EURO/details.aspx?__Ns=pCar_PrivateSpecialFlag_Int32%7C 1%7C%7CpCar_ImageCount_Int32%7C1%7C%7CpCar_LastMod ifiedDate_DateTime%7C1&Make=HONDA&__Nne=20&R=1091609&PriceMax=30000&state_id=0&__No=20&__N=4294965322%200%20414%204294965100%20834%20285% 20257&distance=25&trecs=67&Model=ACCORD%20EURO&__sid=1125E56E1DF0&silo=1003&Cr=18&seot=0&State=All%20States

The person advertising this has listed all the mods he has done to it. Although I think he has not included the suspension mod. Can anyone give me an approximate figure of how much I would be looking at just to get it looking like this car? I am not interested in the air intake system. I think he has forgotten to include that he has installed another suspension to lower it as well.

Also, would it actually legal to lower the car as much as this guy has done? What insurance issues (if any) would I be facing in doing these mods?

hey there , congrats on the purchase and welcome

my opinion: your car your style, i believe everyone has their own ways and ideas in modifying their car. although u may think the car in the add looks very nice others may not, u cannot please everyone hence my suggestion jst to mod ur car to suit ur ideas/tastes etc. originality is key =]]

cost to replicate car in add: - rims aprox 1-2.5 k ( depending on location , used or new ,condition of used ..etc )
- suspension setup as it is unsure wat suspension setup is in place it is difficult to determine prices, however rough estimates can be provided depending on wat ur after, ( springs to lower ur car cost around 400-700 depending on brand location etc ), ( coilovers which are the other option usually cost around 1k-3k also depending on brands, it uses * track or street ot semi* also whether new or used).

prices vary in differnt circumstances.. .. browse this site , many heapful information about certain mods have been posted by other euro owners of the forum * hint use search* :D . GL

Hey overkill,
Thats my car now.. i bought it off a previous ozhonda owner.
It was lowered on kmac springs, but i got buddyclub n+ coilovers installed, which set me back $1899 + $180 for install.
All the other stuff... already came with the car so not sure how much it all cost.
