retune?

hi guys, here is the problem. i have plans to return my car to stock because the noise is starting to bother me. if i replace my whole exhaust system with stock ones, do i need to get my ecu (pfc) retuned?

another thing im curious about is, if i remove the pfc, will i loose all the current fuel and ignition settings?
