Back door locks not working...

I own a 2003 Euro and for whatever reason, I cannot get the back door locks to release, so the passengers can open them from inside the car. I have read the manual, tired moving the child locks up and down, but nothing seems to work. Is there a key unlock option or something else that I am missing?

have you recently had your windows tinted or had your door trims off for any reason? sometimes when window tinters are working they bump the wires outta place or something
