Interchangables

I recently purcashed a 96 EK gli, im just wondering what kind of things are interchangable from other models ( later model civics, integras, preludes ) things such as

-Seats
-Brakes
-Engine upgrades

pretty much everything from any 96 to 00 civics. except body panels.
-Interior is exact the same layout,
-Brakes are basically the same - all interchangeable anyway.
-different engines in different civic models - but most b and d series motors will fit straight in any civic of the EG/EK generation.

Most strut bars are interchangeable between EG, EK and DC Integras.
