Hi :).

Anyway a few months back I bought a racecraft j's tsuchinoko replica for my car (a gen2) with the idea of fitting it in. I knew it was going to be a tight fit as I had done the required measurements and decided to go ahead and buy it. Well, I didn't buy it, rather it was a gift for my project. I made a mistake in my measurements and turns out the damn throttle body is too low, and my gearbox mount hits the middle of the intake and makes it point upwards. So with my dreams dashed, I've decided to sell the thing.

Basically I know it'll fit on an EK, EG, but what I want to know is whether it'd fit on a CRX/EF. I've never seen it on a CRX/EF and I know the engine bays really tight on those things, but does it fit? Or am I right to assume it doesn't :P.

Thanks a bunch!

i think it fits with a b16 but not a D series setup where the battery is behind the headlight.

Someone should be able to correct me if i'm wrong.

How much you lookin at sellin it for??

Hmm.. I met up with the guy last night and from the looks of it it'd be a tight fit, I remember seeing these things on EK's and EG's with plenty of space around it. He's got a B16, but his batt is at his headlight but is also willing to move it to the boot.

Not currently based in australia (yet), but I'm selling it for RM400. So that's about 140 kangaroo's or so.

Really gutted that I can't put it in my car really, picked the damn thing out of 10 examples of it to get THE perfect one with absolutely NO problems with the carbon fibre weaves. It would've looked awesome with a custom CF box to go along with it :(.

Of course cheaper over in Malaysia lol...

Plenty of the general parts like exhaust, intakes, lips, etc (genuine and replica) are cheap :) Don't get smacked sideways by stupid taxes etc :)

And I don't remember J's making one to fit on CRX lol...
