Manual windows. So stiff

Hey,

My window is hard to wind down. It seems very stiff. I was wondering whether there is anything I can do to make the window wind down easier. Some sort of WD40 to be sprayed on the window winder knob perhaps?

Any help is appreciated.

Use silicone spray on the runners that the glass is sliding down in the door. You can try spraying down from the top or better still remove the door panel and gently pull back the plastic weather sheet to gain access to the inner workings of your door and spray onto the track.
