EK, eg HELP

Hey guys i currently drive a 98 ek and if u notice they have the side strips at the door and the back and frnt bumper, so now i want to paint it but was told u need to have certain sprays apart from just the paint? have any of u guys done it diy? i herd u need to use plastic primer as well? do i do it first or after painting? and wat measures i need to take whn painting? thanks guys

hey man - to spray it you need to remove them , sand back with a light grit (600 or 800) and then spray with plastic PRIMER.
Once its dry then spray with a few coats of your choice colour , then top it off with CLEARCOAT.
