View Full Version : Help - Wheel Alignment!!

Hey guys just after getting my coils installed buddy club N+ i went to go get a wheel allignment today, and they said they couldnt do it as 1 of my wheels had to much camber? wat does this mean... all i know is my front right wheel is on a slight angle and idunno why? can this be adjusted??

maybe one of the struts have been adjusted to be lower than all the others, causing it to have more neg camber

the heights are all the same now i fixed that today... can it be adjusted the camber?

take it to a better place man. lol i got my wheels aligned on my EG and the camber was crazy lol

but thing is 1 wheel is on an angle more then the other with the N+ is it possible to adjust the camber...?

did u lower the coilovers?
its not possible to adjust the camber on the N+

the N+ for DC5R has a slotted upper crash bolt mount which allows for basic camber adjustment.
not as mush or as finely adjustable as having proper adjustable camber plates at the top of the damper tho.
can only be done like this cos of the Macpherson strut fron sussy of the DC5.
most likely your installers didnt know about this and on one side the bolt is set all the way 'in' giving higher camber, and the other is all the way 'out' giving less camber.

ok, see the damper on the right hand side of the pic...
towards the bottom of the damper theres the two crash bolt holes...
see how the top one is longer than the bottom, this is the camber adjustment, get them both set the same and hey presto problem solved.

problem fixed!! you can adjust camber with these coilovers! you do not need a camber kit for the front coilovers which is awesome!

what's the camber toe for DC5 Type R (stock) anyone know?
