Fitting 4th Gen Prelude suspensions to CD5 Accords

Hey guys, was wondering if the suspensions for 4th gen preludes bolts directly onto a CD5 Accord? Was going to use the rear suspensions from a 4th gen prelude. They look very similar but im not sure.

they do fit just look at the top bolts if they are the same
