Right tonight i decided int he dark to change the head deck over to the one from my CA,
wiring hardness all the same so she went in all sweet ;)
but thats beside the problem
i noticed when i removed the center panel that i could see some bare wire
on the wiring harness running from the back of the cigarette lighter down around how it loops
toward the front of the vehicle and back down towards
the rear and under the shift level, that the previous owner has had a short
out. now i showed my dad and he reckons theyve either had a larger fuse in
there and its just heated up cause the wires are quite bubbled and bare in
some places, now this wasnt caused by me lol

just wondering, what would be easier trying to hassel the car yard for warranty on this or just get a wiring
harness fromt he wreckers, because its not just a short connection from the lighter to a plug then a plug so on.
its the whole lot if u can see anyhting from the pictures.
now u cant exactly check these things when buying a new car but i
wish i could have.
