N00b Qs: What kind of rims are these?

Can someone identify what type of wheel this guy has got, they have a Honda badge on them and I was wondering if they were genuine Honda wheels of aftermarket with a honda centre cap.

Geez the US get nice wheels, yea they are 4x100 I want a set of them too lol. I noticed them on a fair few civics over there so I figured they must have been OEM. I wonder if Honda sells them here.
