HELP - Spray inside dash cluster?

Guys idunno if i did it ... or I bought the car like this but today i was spraying my dash and cluster... and cleaning car... when i realised marks weren't coming off... as they were in the inside of cluster... like drips and splashes of dried up spray... I have no idea how it got in there...? don't ask me how and i've never seen anything like it before... Is it possible to take out the cluster open it up and clean from the inside? or you can't open a cluster up?

sometimes is someone has used a really harsh cleaner it will damage the plastic binnicle cover. sometimes windex will do it with the ammonia content

so its not from the actual inside the actual perspex cluster plastic has been stained? can you order the the actual plastic piece from honda? or do i need a whole need cluster?

hmmm rub your hand over it mate, can you feel inconsistency in the feel of the perspex?

well cant feel anything it looks to me like its from the inside... i tried to rub it and all scratch it feels exactly the same.... just looks like spray marks that need to be wiped off...

its just weird to think why there would be anything from the inside, its fully sealed.

Have you ever opened it up?

never opened it up ive only owned the car for a couple of months...

id be a little inquisitive as to why someone has been in there to begin with
