I've used Kings Springs many times before and never had any major problems with them. I wouldn't say they're the best obviously, but personally for the price paid they weren't that bad :car: There are heaps others of course, eg. Whiteline, H&R, Eibach, Tein, D2, etc.

But whatever springs you'll get, always try to match your shockies and springs together for a better performance and more comfort ride. Then accompany them with a thicker rear sway bar and front strut brace for a stiffer and better handling

FYI - There was a recent discussion about a couple of euro suspension options: http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=65622

for a decent set of springs its going to cost you already half of what coilovers will cost.
springs + shocks are about the same as coilovers.

so why not just get coilovers as mentioned above, and do it right the first time.

the problem i got is i had snap two of the joins. i don't know the name of it, but it is a connector beside the bac of the wheels. I have to get two of the new one from Honda (which is from Honda Japan). two of them cost me $250 without install. The reason is because that joiner is set in the position, because i lowered the car with kingspring, so it snapped.

I would like to know how low will i get the coilover. Please show me some photos with that coilover set. Someone just tell me to change to a better spring like Eibach~because Eibach is harder than King, but i dunno if this is a good idea. Changing spring is not really going to be low as coilover right?

cheers

I have tried H&R, eibach, and king spring. Eibach is the better handling, H&R is for softer ride, king spring would be the last option you should choose. If you are running higher budget just get coilover.

Do you snap while it bumpy or when just driving smoothly?

I guess better you go with coilover, no more dramas :D

I have eibach's.....can definetly vouch for eibach springs (still have stock shocks, for now, set of bilsteins next). So eibach, bilstein combo for me...hehe

Shocks will most likely blow after 20-25k so make sure you get decent springs(Eibach,H&R)so you can use them on the new shocks you will eventually have to buy.

Go coilovers - serioulsy.

I had no choice but to go spring shock combo as coilovers didnt exsit for my car back then..so far...

$1000 konis
$400 H&R sports from states - then realised not low enough...
$400 Neuspeed sports from states - still not low enough...so i'm just leaving as is...

For $1800, i coulda gotten medium quality coilovers. probably not even $1800.
