Does anybody know how many kw@w doest stock aus integra type r makes??

depends on the dyno and dyno software.

But , as a guide -

a STOCK DC2R with 141kw AT THE FLYWHEEL puts about 100kw to the wheels. A STOCK JDM DC2R with 147KW at the flywheel puts a similar number.

anybody know how to calculate flywheel kw to wheel kw?

judging from the post above - its "about" 25% loss through the drivetrain to the wheels for a FWD

As a guide... a stock AUDM DC2R will be putting between 90-100 kw atw.

well not really... that's in the "normal" readings... different dyno different days all play a part.

really depends on the dyno.

My b16 puts down 92 atw stock. Different dyno to danny tho.

It varies from car to car, things like heavier wheels, lsd etc etc will reduce the atw power...

For example my car looses 40kW (about 30-35%) through the drive train and thats a FWD '99 Accord SiR, automatic...

To add to Drew's comment, Drivetrain loss on Autos are heavier too....

But yeah, normal range for the Type R Integra ranges from 95-105kws @ Wheels... Dependant on variables such as type of dyno used, air temperature, humidity, atmo pressure etc...

we should have mentioned if the engines are rebuilds or the ammount of k's.

it depends on how happy the dyno is too :D

I got 123kw with my TypeS with Fujitsubo Powergetter cat back exhaust.
Friend also with same model TypeS dynoed stright after me got 126kw with J's racing titanium exhuast and Mugen airbox.

From these two runs, I would think a bone stock TypeS would be around 120kw mark.

Stock TypeS has 154kw at the fly.

Thats fairly high, i would not expect that high. I have a dc5R which is 7kw at fly lower than type S. I am interested in my power at wheels. I mean the dc5R has a lighter flywheel than the type S (correct if wrong but pretty sure about it)

thx 2 u all

to reach 125kw@ wheel , you have to have good I/H/E combo + good tune, otherwise there is no way you can get that high, for 140kw, unless you will have to mod **** out of it (like all the head work..... ), i don;t think you can reach there

There's a very common misconception about the New TypeS' K20Z1...
in short, it is a better engine than the K20A2, there's different internal components.

approx 120kw for stock TypeS is what it is.

sorry jeff... i think ill have to agree with didz.... i think the dyno shoot out done that day at UGI was probably a little optimistic.... i have a FGK PWG and a custom intake and i only managed a 112kw atw, this was dynoed at mazfix.... im almost certain i would have got a higher output if i dynoed my car that day at UGI.... correct me if im wrong, even "45sets" got something like 116kw atw with just an intake which is probably the most prone to heatsoak out of all the aftermarket intakes available... id probably expect the output for the type S to be slightly lower than 120kw atw... BUT, i have no basis for the comment ive just made (however, i have raced a type S recently (im assuming stock), and managed to beat it by quite a significant margin)

Well essentially the engine producing more power and different intelas does change it but i would dare say that not by that much in difference. I am still yet to dyno my car but i know it does have some nice power. People i know said i would not be quicker than an r32 GT-T but i am so yeah. Very keen to test my car on a dyno.

In regards to the TypeS from what i am aware of, 120kw at the wheels in a front wheel drive with LSD and 154 at fly is fairly optimistic. However i have no mechanical background and im just assuming.
