if my bulb says
12v 21w 7440 2DT
Is that 12 volts and 21 watts?
if i get another bulb which is 12 volts and 20 watt will it work ?
an not fast blink etc?

the 12v, 20w will work no problems, but not as bright, but with 1w difference you would not even pick it.
Blinking is a function of a relay or some other controling device.

the blinking is controlled via a relay, but if it detects that one bulb is out, it will blink fast.
so if you get a led light for your blinkers, it consumes less that 21w, it will think, that it is blown, while in fact, it isn't, it's just consuming, less power, and will cause it to blink fast.

Not completely true if you get a twin filament instead of a single filament it will blink twice as fast as if the bulb was blown

Yeah. If the current draw drops on your blinkers, the relay works quicker. It's a feature to tell you that your blinker bulb is blown.

dammit ye i thappened to my other car, but i really wna use LEDS so ive bought them ill see what happens :S

Just get a relay that suitable for the current draw of your LEDs. It's a common mod.

hmmm im a noob on this part.. so im assuming buy a relay from another car? and put it in?

It's an indicator relay. Get one that is suitable for LEDs from a car spare parts shop.
