EP3 Type R Civic, your opinions on the differant brand name exhausts, cai kits, coil overs and headers please!

there are so many different brands out there...it all depends on what type of power/performance gain you are looking at getting (eg. low end or high end power) and it also depends on your budget...

No budget and looking for mid range power. What about headers and exhaust? I am getting the gruppem CAI, looks great. Better be as good as you say!
