Need a new cat any ideas?

Hey guys/girls I need a new cat converter want to get a hi flow cat, should I look for a brand hi flow cat or does just anything hi flow cat do?

I do plan do my whole exhaust soon ($$$pending) so I want to get a good cat now for later on.

Any ideas and experience is much appreciated.

yeah, you may as well get a high flow cat. cos an original one will cost an arm and a leg anyway.

would it make a difference if i get a hi flow cat installed into my stock exhaust system (a vtir civic coupe)???
