ok bought an integra gsi just under a year ago and regretting buying the non-vtec now and ill admit that i dont know much about my engine and all that stuff. just wanted to know wat type of engine do i have and wat can i do to make it better such as turbo or dropping a vtec in it or can i just get forged internals that will make it as good.

You cannot drop a VTEC into an engine.

You can do an engine conversion, which replaces your current engine with an engine from another car, say an Integra Type R (B18C7). Though it would be wise to buy an Integra Type R than to drop a new engine into your current car.
If you dont want to buy a new car, then turbo-charge it.
