Concept 4, a possible new car. Dont know much about it, but something I came across just now.

The new FD2R is also coming to Australia which will continue the Type R generation in Australia.

Of course we are getting the watered down version, lacking the better performance parts compared to overseas model.

um thatd be the FN2, FD2R is the 4 door type R sedan which we wont be getting, well not getting yet anyways.
the FN2 which we are getting is the funny looking hatch which is built in the UK, it is lower specced than the FD2R, but they are different car. from what i understand we will be getting a mechanically identical version of the FN2 so no watering down from there.
