How can a main relay cause fan speed not to work? The main relay is for running your fuel pump and injectors!

The resistor block located in the front of the blower motor has burnt out the second resistor.

yes
this is it
resistors are blown on the resister block
use a multimeter to check the resistance according to the service manual

its not the relay
if relay is blown the fan wont work altogether.
