Have anyone tried these coils on dc2 vti-r before? What does it mean when these coils are only height adjustable and not dampening adjustable?

they are awesome coilovers, perfect for street.. height adjustable means u can only adjust height.. e.g. lower or raise ur car... and non dampening adjustable means that they have preset damper settings and u cant adjust the stiffness of the coils

yea they're pretty stiff, but still a nice firm ride
