The iPod adapters interface with the Honda Head Unit in CD Changer mode. All they do is pretend to be a CD Changer.

So basically you control the iPod using the standard CD Changer (CDC) interface of the head unit and steering wheel controls.

It doesnt modify the onscreen graphics on the Honda Head Unit at all.
If that one works with the Navi version of the Honda head unit, then you are simply using the standard CD Changer buttons and graphics.
