why do u wanna know what ECU u have?

If its a GSi,then its an OBD1 P74 or P75(i think)

If its a VTiR,then its an OBD1 P72

Look at the sticker on the side of the ECU,it will confirm it for u

In that case all u need to know is that is an OBD1 ECU

O2 sensor resides at pin D14,a shielded white/red wire.Be careful there is another white/red wire at D9(alternator),just make sure u get the shielded wire,u might have to trace the wire back bout 15-20cm to see the shield.

This will help u with locating the pin if u dont know, the service manual is the best place for actually knowing what the pins are.
