You need 2Litres for a Fluid Change, or 2.2L for a full overhaul.
So buy 2L, or 3L if you think you may spill some.
Remember to buy new Washers for the Filler Plug and Drain Plug.

Buy 2 bottles. You'll need 1.9L to do a drain. Usually not all of it comes out, so you end up using about 1.5-1.7L.

1.9 Litres is the specified amount for a changeover drain, but popping the 2 bottles in will be fine. Make sure the car is level if you want to fill until the fill line...

Also thinking of flushing and changing my gearbox oil. My cars done 30 000km so I dont know if its been done yet.
Its does have a little whine so it might be worthwhile.
Any guides to changing the gearbox oil in a manuals about?

so how often this fluid need to be changed and how can you get all the old oil out ? cuz there's no point to pour over new oil to the dirty ones right ? also how can you tell if the gearbox oil is dirty or not ? thx

Get the old MTF out like this: http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showpost.php?p=1204172&postcount=7
Change every 1 or 2 years, up to you. There is no dipstick, so you can't check.

I don't have jacks, otherwise I would DIY. I've been quoted from a dealership 13.95 per litre (they say 2 litres needed). With labor its $61 with the two washers. I plan on using honda oem mtf regardless, so Im spending at least $28, would your everyday local mech be charging $33 for the labor?

I doubt labour is only $33 at a workshop... If your dealer is doing it for $61, go for it! That is a good price.

Double checked, it was 61 for oil+washers+labor!
