Hi all,
Just wanted to welcome everyone to the new website and let you know that we are working on fixing up little little problems/issues to get everything runing smoothly.
If you have any problem please reply to this post and we will get back to you. Until then, please be patient while we attend to minor problems.
I will also be making a post outlining all the new features so stat tuned!

If you go to the main page http://www.ozhonda.com on the first box on the right hand side (under your avatar pic) is a link to your PM box.
I will try and put up a link on the top navigation bar to make things easier.

To go to your PM boxes.... click on the HOME link and the look on the right hand side of the main page.
Dont worry, I am going to put the Private Messages box up the top where control panel and logout is etc. very soon.

you should also get a popup window that appears when you first come to the website... thats also has access to your PM box aswell as your IM box and buddy list etc.

I think I disabled that pop up box when you go to the index page rowie. I find Prillian annoying ;)

I changed it for all users.....however I think it only applies to new users who signup.
To disable it:
1. Simply goto the main page (so it pops up)
2. Then there is an Icon called "Edit Prillian Preferences" (The second Icon on the second row). Looks like this --> http://www.ozhonda.com/templates/fisubsilver/images/prill_jar.png Click it
3. Scroll down and there is an option called "Launch client when you visit forum index: ". Change that option to "No"

Photo album link is now located in the very top menu bar where you see HOME FAQ etc....

also... anyone with a link in there signature to the old forum... you will have to redo the link, because the forums location has changed.
say for example you had: http://www.ozhonda.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7222
the new link will be: http://www.ozhonda.com/viewtopic.php?t=7222
so its the same, but get rid of forums/ after the ozhonda link.

i'm sorry, this is good and all. BUT
i mean i could have had this phpBB portal installed, working and completely redesigned custom to OzHonda within 48 hours ...
apologies if what i am saying is a bit rash, not saying its BAD, its good, just saying ... well ... it could be better
oh and also, its not so "blonde" friendly ... little kimbi is going to have some trouble operating it ;) :lol:

the site is uploaded and working mitch. its just content and a few teething problems with the setup we have to sort out. and theres not much we can do if wynode isnt online, because he is the only one with full admin rights.

any chance you could add the oldschool subSilver template back so u can have the choice to toggle between the 2
Control Panel --> Preferences --> Board Style
i preferred the old template

we will be adding more templates after we have the initial setup sorted out and everyone is used to it.
I like the new site alot :D but we lost some cool emoticons like the dancing one and the Honda H........oh well :wink:

Actually the colours you see in the forum are EXACTLY the same as the old blueSilver template.

The site is good mate, I know how hard it is to change the phpBB systems first hand ..... I am about to finish one off myself. Fully customized and integrated ... too many hours work!

I took it out. Don't think its relevant :)
Custom ranks will be coming soon when I get time...there are a few other things that have to be fixed first.

For those who requested a link to be put to their website......this has been done :)
In future if anyone wants a link added.......you can simply click on the "Links" option and add it yourself. After that a mod/admin will aprove the link and it will come up :)

We had problems with the implementation of the rule when the site first came up. It has been resolved sinced yesterday (I think it was yesterday!)
