Sorry, this might be a noob question but can we import the new JDM Civic Type R? I prefer it over the UK one. I want the 165kw powerplant!

i reckon if you had contacts in Japan they could scour wreckers and surely there would be some JDM motors available (but would they fit?)

its no no no and no...the only way is to either own the car overseas for a year and then bring it back as an overseas personal import...or just source the parts and build it up yourself...I have a mate whos living there for 2 years before he comes back to australia... so that might be an option for me...=]
