If anyone has ever fitted a full exhaust system can you tell me how the frak you got the headers off? There is absolutely no room to get anything in there. I've managed to get a socket in there but god its on so fkn tight I can't move it..
Anyone got any ideas?

use a breaker bar?
use impact instead of constantly pushing it.
also, try using a single hex socket instead of multi one, will help prevent rounding of the nut/bolt.
have you tried a spanner as well?

still shouldn't be that tight, i got it off quite easily using a 3/8 drive single hex socket?
couple hits with my palm on the ratchet it was off.

Hmm i might run it for a while and see how that goes..weather is a bit colder here than normal.
Cheers for the advice ;)

i had problems with getting mine off too, one of the bolts was on so dam tight!
had to get it done with a mechanic, and even then he struggled to loosen the bolt.

lots of WD40 on the aimed thread or bolt/nut can help out.
