wheel question

how do i find out what size are my wheels n my offsets?
and how do you read the specification of wheels and what do they mean ?
for example:
16x7 114.3x4 Offset +50 (Not MULTIFIT)

and

205/50/16
offset 38+ (mulity stud)
4x100 - 4x114
