Well firstly it help to know what state you are in. Secondly why not speak with your local road authority. Thirdly as Ben might say, if it is anything but stock and it is not engineered then it is a defect.

im at sydney bro.. it doesnt look stock.. and how much would it cost to get it engineered.. its a 93 honda civic vti..

any/most car modifications are gona need an eng. cert.

from what i been told
u should mod ur car then get it eng all at once...
i think its like $400 per time
