It takes a fair bit of effort plus you need to source a few parts as well. Depends on how hands on you are.

You will need:

Window regulators x 2
Window motors x 2
Driver and passenger side switches
Door trims x 2
Floor harness (although you can get around this and run the wires yourself - contact me when/if you get to this stage). All in all you will probably be up at around $400-500 at a guess?

is it alright if i get like a pair of complete doors from a wrecker with already the power windows, can i just put them in? and play around with the wirings, or is there more to it?

Nah, that should pretty much do it. Make sure you got pigtails of the wires though (or a minimum the plugs).

if you don't care how it looks, get a power windows kit from Ebay, it cost me $200 for 2 doors and i am using it as well.

i bought it about 1 year ago and took me about 3 hrs to install them, i had no problem except you need a good power source, because it draw quite a lot power. i put the switches to cover the crank handle hole. here are some pic to show how it looks. and video (http://s72.photobucket.com/albums/i199/dougtang/power%20windows/?action=view&current=MVI_0078.flv)here

thats hektic:thumbsup:
coz the kit i was gonna get was jst flat small switches like stock ones, with plugs which can cover the winding up/down window thingy.
i was thinking of locating them near the headunit mid console since putting them on the doortrim would have an awkward angle whilst pressing the up/down switch.

Why not just do it properly and get a set of door trims to match?
