Hmm....could be fuel pressure?
check fuel filter + sparkplugs + spark wires + dizzy + starter...

make sure your battery terminal are spotlessly clean, I mean inside where the terminal touches the battery post.
also make sure your earth lead is ok.

could ALSO be the main relay...
PLUS check all your earth/ground leads are in good condition,
the one on the gearbox is important, as is the one near the theromostat...
oh an dthe starter lead to teh battery needs to be checked...

Only starting man... When i put it on ignition (red light) i gottta wait till i here the electrical ticks then it would start. If it dosnt tick, it just chokes when i try 2 start... So im thinking its got 2 do wif electrical...

ok just clarify 2 things for us..
when you say it just chokes. does this mean it will still crank over as normal and the dash light are still on
and
when you have to wait for the electrical to tick, you mean you hear a tick then it will start , however if you dont hear a tick it wont start. if so then what tinkerbell
said could be the problem main PGMFi relay

when she wont start yu need to check for spark. also have someone look at your main PGMFI relay, they can be repaired.

make sure you have the correct earth bolts fitted to all earth cables and also check if the main earth battery lead hasnt turned green, si civics have aknown problem with earth cables

When i put it on ignition i gottta wait till i here the electrical ticks then it would start.
it sounds like your main relay might be on its way out...
this is under the dash, and is usually brown and about the size of 4 matchboxes on top of each other.
this sends the siganl to the fuel pump to make it pump,
if you look under your dasha nd can find the main relay, with the battery disconnected, remove it and swap it for a known good one ie from your friends cars, and see if it solves the problem...
these cost very little from wreckers...
