After enquiring with Honda this list is of the parts that make up the steering system.

Just wondering which of these parts would be worthwhile purchasing while redoing my steering. I'm replacing rack and column and tie rod ends.
Aside from answering my question, hopefuly this list can be used as a resource for EF8/EF9 owners. It isn't easy to get a hold of part numbers like this.
