it won't hurt getting one now, but you might end up changing to a larger one later

Generally you run a small one on a NA unless your tracking the car, but on turbos you get a bigger one as most turbos are oil cooled also, thus greater heat.

In NA cars having a big oil cooler usually does not allow your car to get up to operating temp. unless you get a thermostat in the oil cooler.

Whichever way you go, don't go cheap, get braided lines otherwise you could end up with broken oil lines, which can screw up you motor hard

its not beneficial for normal city driving, if you track or like to do spirited driving then yes. in your case you going to be getting a turbo i would say get one. without knowing your setup its hard to say what size to go for.

waste of money imo. unless you go huge hp circuit racing you dont need one.

Whats your application?
Street, track?
Stock motor?
Whats your setup?

No need for a cooler if your NA and street, you 'may' need one if your a serious track goer.

If your turbo, a cooler is a good to have.

Do a search, theres quite a few things that have already been discussed:

If your gonna turbo it and will be doing some track work then it won't hurt to get a cooler now or when you turbo your car.

if going turbo, and you think your goner thrash your engine abit, yeh id recommend it. the oils get extremely hot even a stock n/a driving at around 110km on the freeway.
